We believe in fairness and transparency. Refunds will not be issued for any services already rendered or partially completed. This also includes third-party service charges paid on your behalf.
If a service is canceled by the client before the agreed service duration (e.g., the 90-Day Brand Transformation Guarantee), any remaining balance is non-refundable, as resources and hours have already been allocated.
Refund requests for future, unrendered services may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of your most recent payment.

What Happens After You Cancel?
• You will not be charged again.
• Your account access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Shared login credentials and assets will remain accessible until the end of your billing cycle.
• Access to any completed deliverables (e.g., videos, designs, website files) will remain available for 30 days after cancellation.
• Website backups and creative files will also be accessible for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted from our servers.
